Grindelwald August 2021--> First Walk, 2 activities

Had the time of our lives at Grindelwald FIRST!!!!

A coworker convinced us to do the SOAR and Flying.  It was scary as hell but I loved it.  What an adventure!  Literally only lasted 60 seconds.

Gondola ride is 25 minutes up to Grindelwald.  Annoyed when an older couple jumped into our gondola but they gave us the best advice of the trip since they live in Bern.

Just to prove we arrive at Grindelwald at 10:02.  Cliff walk 1st, then hike to Lake Bachalpsee

Took an hour to hike to lake Bachalpsee.  Someone was not happy.  I enjoyed it even though old ladies & kids walked faster than me.

It was quite steep at the beginning but once we got going, admiring the cows and mountains it was wonderful.

Packed a picnic lunch as did everyone else

The hills are alive......
