Ostrich Farm, Villa de Levya, Bogota 11.16

I didn't want to go to the ostrich farm because I thought it was for kids.  It was literally the highlight of the trip.  Great therapy-I've never laughed and screamed so uninhibitedly in my life!

We tried all these local ice creams like (red-bean-ish type, guava type), ....... so delicious.

I bought a beautiful ostrich wallet (we learned in the lecture that 100% of their bodies are used.  Skin for leather, feathers for dusting, meat for food.  We bought an ostrich skewer.  It tasted like sweet pork and mild lamb combined.  Unfortunately, they were out of ostrich eggs-we would have loved to try that!  We held them (they are gigantic) during the lecture.
