Smart Travelers Bring Their Own Wine & Ramen Noodles - Day 1 of our Northern Lights Adventure

It took us 27 hours, 3 flights but we finally made it to Kirkenes, Norway -- got to hotel at about 9pm.

Brought my own wine which I quickly chilled and went downstairs for hot water to add to the special Japanese noodles Gloria brought for us.

First night heaven!  Tired.

First morning, breakfast buffet!  Team assembled.  Here we go!!

My co-worker Gloria from HK organized the trip.  David and I just tagged along, lucky us!
