Wilderswil, Switzerland, Day 2

Interlacken is where all the trains leave from to go up to the different mountains.  We didn't want to stay there because it is too touristy so we stayed one town closer to the mountains -- Wildeswil.

We found a great little hotel called the Jungrau Hotel and check out the view from our balcony.

We also got to eat all the good Swiss comfort food Uncle Woody recommended, roshti (hash browns with cheese and a fried egg) + elbow noodles with creamy cheese sauce.  We had this in the hotel's restaurant and couldn't have asked for more.
