Masai Village

After we left Ngororo Crater we visited the village and were so surprised and welcome by the singing!   I heard about the Masai Village and was intrigued but never expected this:

Here's the Leader.  His dad has about 15 wives but he just has 1.  They are a polygamous society.

We all got in to the dancing! And wore the traditional necklaces (because they wanted you to buy them)

Memorable experience!

We went in to their homes.  No electricity.  Very narrow.

We visited the school and gave them sandwiches and parts of our lunch we didn't finish.  They ate them right away and were so excited to receive something.

Tried to have a little boy sit on my lap but he cried so I had to get up and walk away.

Elegant Lady.  What a Day!  I ended up buying $100 worth of jewelry.
