I'm going on a business trip for two weeks right after Thanksgiving, so I was on a mission to get a Christmas card done and ordered before I leave. Last year I decided the kids were too old for a picture and got a World Wildlife Fund imprinted card. (Refuse to spend time signing each and every card--that's one of the benefits of the picture card too). I also wanted to show off that David and I had a second honeymoon and love the shot I included in Florence. So its not about the kids anymore, its about us.
Who would know that one of the benefits of being a blogger is that you can get a $10 coupon for posting your card to your blog (Shutterfly)-- so I did. Now I'm disappointed that my surprise is ruined for any of you who have ordinarily received my card. So don't look.
It also somehow got attached to "Paris Day 3", so now they are combined as one blog. So if you missed "Paris Day 3" because it is all the way down at the bottom of the "Christmas Card", you'll have no choice but to stare at the Christmas card. But try not to, ok?
Happy Thanksgiving. Son #1 got home last night and son #2 will be home today around 5. Can't wait.
