Today is Wednesday, Gary leaves Saturday. Packing is going so slow, with all the lists and supplies in the world, nothing will get packed if the student doesn't want to pack. Somehow he has 33 shirts (who has 33 shirts???) I calculated you need on bring 22......... Based on my scientific calculations of school + work out + hangout.......apparently I have too much time on my hands.
Which brings me to my next topic... The notion of a stay-cation is stupid. I am mixed between bored to death and procrastinating stupid things I do not want to do (like taking all the x long sheets off Jake's bed and washing them with the perfectly color coordinated towels Gary will have so he knows which are clean and dirty.......ha---as if he will really do laundry!
Heard some disturbing news last night. One of the junior's in HS was killed in a driving accident. Both my kids knew him..........Life is way too fragile. This mother will never have this son to send off to college. How painful.
Promised myself to walk around the reservation which I love so much. Must take advantage of this time off and the sunshine.

He has 33 shirts BECAUSE he won't be doing any laundry! Actually, I'm surprised to hear a GUY has that many as well... Even 22 is a lot! I hope he is doing well. I'm sure he'll be fine. Chin up!
