I learned my values from my Dad. He was the President of the Chinese-American Democratic Society. As kids, we campaigned for Abe Beame, Hugh Carey, many more. We painted signs, planned parades through Chinatown, where to start, where to end, where to chant, "We Want Carey, We want Carey".

Local politics can be very dirty. Moral of the story, parents, teach your children well. Their values will live on.
